What to include
For an order enquiry, include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of what you need. For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, include the affected item and photographs of the product and packaging where practicable. For a privacy request, describe the information or concern; we may need to verify your identity before providing account information.
