By using this site or placing an order, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Product images, descriptions and availability are provided to help you choose; contact us if you need clarification about fragrance, capacity or contents before ordering.
Orders and prices
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The price and any delivery charge shown at checkout apply to the order you submit. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; if we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or information requires verification, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
Payment and delivery
Payment methods offered are shown at checkout. Processing, estimated delivery and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Please check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Our Refund Policy explains the voluntary return process and statutory remedies.
Site content and responsibility
Do not interfere with the site, misuse its content or attempt unauthorised access. We work to keep the service available and information accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable or is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you may choose a refund or replacement, and you may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure we may offer a free repair within a reasonable time; if it is not fixed within a reasonable time, other remedies may be available. These statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary 30-day policy.
